Vietnam Order & Registration Process<\/strong><\/span>
\n1.Payment and Registration<\/span><\/strong>
\n1.1. Payment : Accepted by transfer and cash at the office only.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Transfer or pay by cash to our join stocks in Vietnam<\/span>
\n1.2. Registration : Complete product application form Submit Machine order form together with required documents to the Enagic Thailand office.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Fill in buyer information, sponsor information with machine detail on the application and sign on page 3.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Document for register as Individual name : Vietnam identity card (For registration as a distributor, please provide official bank information for reference.)<\/span>
\n\u2013 For Foreigner : a copy of passport & a copy of work permit & a copy of bankbook (Local bank in Vietnam ONLY)<\/span>
\n\u2013 Document for register as Company name : Business registration certificate with shareholder name, Vietnam ID card of one shareholder list.<\/span>
\n(For registration as distributor, please fill in company bank details in the application form on page 1)<\/span>
\n\u2013 Payment slip<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Machine pick up (Note: prepay only)<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2013 Must show proof of payment (Original bank slip only)<\/span>
\n\u2013 People who come to pick up machine, provide identity card and phone number.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Our Join stock will issue a red invoice for reference. (Vat and taxes in Vietnam)<\/span>
