\nTHE ENAGIC GLOBAL CONVENTION IN LAS VEGAS HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO JUNE 16-18, 2021<\/p>\n

Due to COVID-19, Enagic is rescheduling the 2020 Enagic Global Convention in Las Vegas originally set for September 3-5, 2020 to Wednesday, June 16 through Friday, June 18, 2021. The event will still take place at the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. U.S. and Canada residents who have already purchased Convention ticket(s) can transfer them to the 2021 event and get 3 FREE bottles of Electrolysis Enhancer or receive a refund for the purchase price.<\/p>\n

Q. When is the 2021 Enagic Global Convention?
\nJune 16-18, 2021<\/p>\n

Q. Can I transfer my existing ticket(s) to next year\u2019s event?
\nYes. If you purchased your ticket(s) by May 15, 2020, you have the option to transfer your ticket* or receive a refund by the deadline of June 15, 2020. U.S. and Canada residents who have already purchased Convention ticket(s) can transfer them to the 2021 event and get 3 FREE bottles of Electrolysis Enhancer! Please email your request to operation-us@enagic-convention.com.<\/p>\n

*Ticket transfers are irreversible. You can\u2019t request a refund AFTER requesting a transfer.<\/p>\n

Q. If I want a refund, when can I expect to receive it?
\nDue to the large quantity of tickets requiring a refund, and the manual way they must be processed, please expect to wait at least 14 business days after you send in your request.<\/p>\n

Q. Where is the 2021 Enagic Global Convention?
\nAt the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/p>\n

Q. What if I already booked my hotel?
\nIf your hotel was booked through our registration site, it will automatically be cancelled. If you booked accommodations on your own, please contact your hotel for cancellation policy.<\/p>\n

Q. How do I book a hotel reservation at the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino for the new dates?

Q. What if I booked my flights already?
\nPlease contact your airline for their policy.<\/p>\n

Q. What if I am one of the winners for the \u201cFlying to Vegas\u201d promotion? Will my ticket be transferred? When will my ticket be reimbursed?
\nIf you are one of the winners of the \u201cFlying to Vegas\u201d promotion, you will be reimbursed after the event in 2021. All winning tickets will be transferred to next year\u2019s event. Please make sure you attend the 2021 event in order to be reimbursed. If you cannot attend next year and would like to be reimbursed, you will be forfeiting your prize.<\/p>\n

\nMcCarran International Airport (LAS)<\/p>\n

Q. What is the cancellation policy for the event in 2021?
\nThere are no cancellations or refunds on Convention tickets purchased after May 15, 2020. However, you are able to sell and assign your ticket to another party who plans to attend.<\/p>\n

Q. Can I bring a guest or guests?
\nYes, guest tickets will be available on the registration website.<\/p>\n

Q. Can I bring children?
\nYes. Every attendee needs a Convention ticket and here are the rates for children:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ages 0-5: Free<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ages 6-12: $99<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ages 13 and older: Regular rate<\/p>\n

If you decide to bring children to the Convention, please keep in mind that:<\/p>\n

1) The event is focused on business training.<\/p>\n

2) Some of the activities, including the Enagic Party on Thursday, June 17, are NOT open to guests under 21 years old.<\/p>\n

3) Children in attendance are required to be supervised at all times.<\/p>\n

Q. What is included in my ticket?
\nAdmission to all 3 days of events plus admission to LIGHT nightclub (21 and over) on Thursday, June 17, 2021.<\/p>\n

Q. What do I need to bring to the registration desk?
\nPlease bring a printout of your ticket(s) with the QR code. Having it on your mobile device is also acceptable. The main account that purchased the ticket can log in to their MyPage account to retrieve the tickets.<\/p>\n

Q. Where do I get the Beatles LOVE show tickets?
\nFor the attendees that won the free show tickets, please stop by the specified booth with the email you received to retrieve your tickets.<\/p>\n

Q. How do I know if I won Beatles tickets?
\nIf you did not receive an email but feel that you should have won, please email operation-us@enagic-convention.com.<\/p>\n

Q. Where do I go to see the Beatles LOVE show by Cirque du Soleil?
\nThe show will be performed at the LOVE Theater inside Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.<\/p>\n

Q. Will there be translation services available at the Convention?
\nYes. Translation services will be available in Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese.<\/p>\n

Q. What meals are provided by Enagic during the Convention?
\nGeneral session attendees will need to provide for their own meals.<\/p>\n
