Vietnam | Product Purchase Procedure and Distributor Registration Guidelines

This guide details the official purchase process, document requirements, and delivery guidelines for customers and independent distributors in Vietnam.

📌 1. Procedure Summary

  • Pricing Inclusions: Stated prices cover shipping, VAT/taxes, and handling charges from Thailand to Enagic Thailand’s officially approved joint-stock company stores in Vietnam.
  • Authorized Purchase Locations: All payments and machine pick-ups/deliveries must be processed through one of Enagic Thailand’s five officially approved joint-stock stores. View the official list of authorized joint-stock stores.
  • Local Delivery: Local delivery within Vietnam is available upon request. Freight fees vary depending on the destination and are charged separately by the local joint-stock store.

📋 2. Required Documents for Account Registration [Document Checklist by Registration Type]

Please prepare clear copies or scans of the required documents for your application category:

  1. Individual Applicants (Vietnamese Citizens)
  2. Application Form: Completed & signed Application Form (Download Official Application Form).
  3. Identification: Copy of Vietnam ID card.
  4. Local Bank Account Information: Copy of bank passbook or mobile banking screenshot showing account holder name and account number (account must be capable of receiving USD for commission payouts).
  5. Proof of Payment: Transaction receipt or VAT invoice.

Note: Bank account details are not required if registering for User Status (non-distributor).

  1. Corporate Applicants
  2. Application Form: Completed with signatures of authorized corporate representatives (Download Official Application Form).
  3. Business Registration: Official Business Registration Certificate (including the shareholder list).
  4. Identification: Copy of Vietnam ID card of the authorized signing shareholder.
  5. Corporate Bank Account: Official bank details registered under the corporate name.
  6. Proof of Payment: Transaction receipt or VAT invoice.

Note: Corporate bank account details are not required if registering for User Status.

  1. Foreign National Applicants Living in Vietnam
  2. Application Form: Completed and signed application form (Download Official Application Form).
  3. Passport: Copy of a valid Passport.
  4. Work Permit: Copy of a valid Work Permit issued by your current employer in Vietnam. (Work permits do not need to be issued by or connected to Enagic).
  5. Local Bank Account: Copy of your local Vietnamese bank account details.
  6. Proof of Payment: Transaction receipt or VAT invoice.

Note: Corporate bank account details are not required if registering for User Status.

📩 3. Order Submission & Processing Guidelines

  • Submission Email: Send your completed application forms and supporting documents to goc.th@enagic.com and CC the Customer Service team: cs1@enagic.co.th, cs2@enagic.co.th, cs3@enagic.co.th, cs9@enagic.co.th
  • Important Reminders:
    • Pending Status: Orders with missing, incomplete, or illegible documents will remain on Pending status until resolved.
    • Order Cancellation: Orders will be canceled if full payment is not completed within the designated period.

🪙 4. Payment & Pick-Up / Delivery Guidelines

  • Payment Methods: Full payment must be made via Bank Transfer or Cash directly to the designated official joint-stock store account in Vietnam.
  • Self-Pickup: Customers collecting machines in person must present:
    1. Original payment slip/transaction receipt.
    2. Valid ID card and contact phone number at the joint-stock office.
  • Local Delivery Service: Delivery charges are determined by the local joint-stock store based on location. Customers requesting delivery must confirm their delivery address and shipping fee with the joint-stock office before completing payment.
